Built the entire marketing function at a funded AI startup, from seed to Series A.
Four years inside one of the UK's most ambitious AI startups. Started as Head of Social Media and progressed to Head of Brand, building every part of the marketing function along the way. Grew the team 3x, secured press coverage in Forbes, BBC and TED, and led the brand pivot from B2C to B2B that repositioned the company for enterprise clients. Managed a $24m funding announcement and the launch of a threat intelligence platform. This is where the FN&Co way of thinking was built.

Sherwood T Group — SEN Transport — 2023 to Present
Built a full marketing function from nothing.
One of London's leading SEN transport providers had no digital presence and relied entirely on word of mouth. We built the website, SEO strategy, blog content, recruitment campaigns and paid ads targeting PCO-licensed drivers across South London. The result was a consistent inbound pipeline for both driver recruitment and client enquiries where none had existed before.
Gigabit IQ — ISP Tech — 2025
Full marketing build ahead of a £500k crowdfunding campaign.
Contracted to build Gigabit IQ's marketing function ahead of a crowdfunding raise. Delivered a website rebuild, Google Ads, GA4 and GTM setup, social media strategy, referral programme and investment pitch deck support. Positioned the brand around online safety at a time of significant regulatory change in the UK ISP sector.

I spent four years as Head of Social Media, Head of Marketing and Head of Brand at Logically, a funded AI startup that grew from a handful of people to a scaled business with investment from seed through Series A. I was part of the senior leadership team, built the marketing function from the ground up, and helped secure coverage in Forbes, BBC and TED.

I founded FN&Co because I kept seeing the same problem. Small and growing businesses either had no marketing at all, or they were paying for services that weren't joined up. No strategy. No accountability. Just deliverables without direction.
